landscapes in miniature

Welcome to my world

Hold the world in the palm of your hand

We love the world we live in. We love to travel and discover amazing places. We love to share what we see and what we feel with friends and family. A hand painted miniature painting opens the possibilities.

My background

After studying art at university, I stumbled on miniature painting in 2006 wanting a desk-size painting of my dogs. It became my passion. Over the years I’ve been drawn to painting landscapes in oil, although I occasionally use watercolor or pastels. Living in the Pacific Northwest and the Red Rocks of Sedona, Arizona, have greatly influenced my work. So has my love for travel through the United States and Europe.

miniature Exhibits

Shortly after completing my first miniature paintings I discovered art shows dedicated to the talents of miniaturists. If you ever get a chance to visit one near you, they are enchanting. Currently I submit works to shows across the US.
